Shipping is FREE when you first order a Guardian Kit & Service Plan. Shipping for replacement, additional devices or accessories is FREE for orders over £30 and takes approximately 10-15 business days to arrive once shipped, depending on the destination.
2-Day and Overnight shipping is currently not available for the UK.

- Orders placed after 11 AM EST cannot be shipped out the same day (contact us to confirm express shipping and special requests).

- Optional AngelSense accessories, such as a belt, undershirt, or additional magnetic keys can be ordered via the AngelSense Store in the app and shipped at no extra cost when you include it in your original order of the Subscriber Kit + service. Make sure to check the box indicating that in the AngelSense Store.
- Shipping is FREE for orders over £30 after promotions and discounts are applied. Flat rate of £18 for orders under £30 for accessories that are not ordered with the original order.
- Customs is paid by AngelSense. 20% VAT is added to each purchase and service payment. If you are eligible for VAT exemption, please contact Customer Care with the appropriate documentation and we will update your account accordingly.
