Watch Heart Rate
The Heart Rate feature on the AngelSense Watch can read the wearer’s heart rate and show it on the watch’s screen.
Benefits of the Heart Rate feature:
- Check for high heart rates. Are you calm or restless?
- Monitor stress and activity levels during the day.
- Monitor your heart rate during different daily activities, to see their health benefits.
Important:
- The back of your Watch needs skin contact. Wearing your Watch with the right fit—not too tight, not too loose, and with room for your skin to breathe—keeps you comfortable and lets the sensors do their job.
- The Watch does not constantly read your Heart Rate. The heart icon must be pressed on the Watch face in order to read your Heart Rate.
- The AngelSense Heart Rate relies on sensors that track your movement and other metrics. The data and information provided by these devices is intended to be a close estimation of your activity and metrics tracked, but may not be precisely accurate. The AngelSense Watch is not a medical device, and the data provided via the Heart Rate feature is not intended to be used for medical purposes and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. AngelSense recommends consulting your doctor for any health related issues.
**Please note that the Heart Rate feature has to be activated for use.

- Go to your watch and swipe Right to Left to view the Heart Rate option
- Do a heart rate reading at that time. This will create the heart rate icon on the main watch face.
- From then on, in order to see the current Heart Rate, the wearer must press the heart icon on the watch face as seen in the below video.
