No Battery

If you believe that your device is charged, but your app is showing "No Battery" please verify the following: 
 
1.Blue LED light was solid when plugged in? 
2.Press on front SOS/Call buttons makes the lights flash?
3.When not plugged in, are there any lights flashing on the device? 
  • If the light(s) flashes:
    • Please make sure to take the device outdoors with the SOS/Call buttons facing up. The best thing to do is to take it with you when leaving the house. 

 

*If you verify all of the above steps and your app is still showing "No Battery", please let us know!
