Undeliverable Email
If you receive an “Undeliverable Email” alert in your app, you will need to verify that your email address is correct. Simply select the “Settings” button to take you to update your email address.

Primary Guardians also receive an alert if one of their Guardians has an “Undeliverable Email”. If they are not a Primary Guardian, you can go to “Guardians” and update their email address. If they are a Primary Guardian, they will need to update their own email address.
**We send emails through an email service provider. It is connected to spam servers all over the world and if you get into this list of spammers then you are blocked. When they block an email address we get a response from them and the database reflects this automatically and our system stops trying to send emails. We can try unblocking the email address from our end, telling them to start sending the emails again. However, in order to make sure that the emails do not get marked as spam again, we suggest to contact your Internet Service Provider to have them unblock emails coming from my@angelsense.com.
