Remote Refresh/Shutdown
The device has the ability to be refreshed or shutdown remotely from the app by a Primary Guardian.
Instances when a refresh may be needed:
- Loss of GPS signal when not indoors
Instances when a shutdown may be needed:
- Taking a flight on an airplane
- Troubleshooting
- Go to Menu on the left hand side and select “Settings” and “Device”
- Click on “Refresh”
